  • Our Dream Vacation in Tulum

"I really can't overestimate how lucky my friends and I were to find this property for our Mexico vacation. We wanted to stay somewhere homey and beautiful, that felt comfortable and casual. We wanted to experience the real Tulum - not just the touristy parts. We wanted the freedom to decide whether we'd run around the city getting into all types of adventures, or just hang around the house and swim in the pool. Well, this house gave us EVERYTHING we wanted. Gianni and Sue were perfectly gracious and helpful, even coming downstairs once in a while to help us usher out a few creepy crawlies from our bathrooms! For the price, you simply cannot do any better. One day, I went on an excursion that included some folks who were staying in Cancun hotels. Our wonderful tour guide dropped us off at our villa (since it's a good mile and a half down from the main road) and the other folks in the car couldn't believe that we got to stay in such an incredible place for such a reasonable price. If you want a vacation that you can build yourself, instead of having everything taken care of by the hotel concierge, this is your best option. The perfect mix of comfort, style, and authenticity!"

  • Wonderful vacation experience

"We thoroughly enjoyed our month at this wonderful beach house in the village of Chuburna. If complete decompression from the hustle and bustle of life then this is the place. The people in Chuburna are friendly and we loved spending time with them. We fished with a local fisherman and got a feel for how many of the town residents make their living. Every Sunday we made sure we purchased chicken from a local man who marinates the whole chicken and grills it over mesquite for a very modest price. There are plenty of small locally operated restaurants to choose from and if you want to cook at home there are several small markets for vegetable and fresh tortillas. For meats and your bigger shops, Progresso has several supermarkets with pretty good variety. The pool is fantastic and was a hit with everyone. Being oversized it remains cooler because of the depth and water volume. You can sit in the pool and enjoy a wonderful 180 degree gulf view. We enjoyed the sunsets and watching the fisherman returning each evening with their catch. Gina, the owner is a very good communicator and was a pleasure to work with. Veronica and Marti were hands on property managers that live locally and make your stay so enjoyable. They helped with arranging my fishing trip, transportation, set us up with Emiliano, our great massage therapist and found a special treasure, Candi who helped with the house, laundry and with preparing great poolside lunches . You have many day trips to choose from when you are down there. Mayan ruins, Merida, flamingo watching are just a few of your choices. Take advantage of meeting the local people to make your visit even more memorable. We spent five weeks at this villa and can't wait to return."

  • Great house close to Tulum

"I stayed in Casa Tres Palmeras with My wife and 5 children for 8 days and We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is very spacious on the beach with a nice pool. They have hammocks in the back of the house overlooking the beach, which we've enjoyed all day and night. Caretakers were very helpful and cleaned the house everyday. They also make a killer guacamole and salsa. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms. Wifi works well. The house is on a very nice stretch of beach, we took long walks every morning. There's a Cenote down the road, which we really enjoyed throughout our stay. The restaurant across the road from the Cenote makes a great cappuccino. The house is a convenient 15 drive into the main beach road of Tulum. Pam, the owner of the house, was super accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Tulum."

  • Resort style in the comfort of home

"This house is located in a quiet area with its own beach, pool and dock for water activities. The house is large and allows two small families their own peace a quiet when needed. Comfortable and located a few feet from the beach, pool and the beautiful Caribbean. The staff is fantastic and will help you arrange any fun activities you want. The local chef prepared 4 meals for us and all were delicious and affordable. Located about 15 minutes from town, you can rent a car and have a safe place to park it. Arriving with groceries..no problem, the staff will use a golf cart to bring the bags to the house. Amber, Patty and Rodrigo are fantastic and will make your stay a great vacation!"
