  • The house has a great floor plan, it is new and modern with all the amenities.

"The house is gorgeous and well thought out. Very comfortable, from the beds to the large couch in the main area.It also had a strong wifi connection and satellite TV. The only downside was that the pools in the backyard were not heated, which we already knew about. The good news on that is the condo rights let you use all of the hotel pools. You have to specify this at the hotel reception or they will give you only access to the one hotel. We had a great time and will definitely come back."

  • Little Room perfect for getaway

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was small, but the bathroom was large. But overall, it was perfect for 2 people who were just there to sleep. It was really hot in the room when we first arrived, but we turned the AC on and left for a few hours. It was nice and cool when we came back. Bathroom has plenty of towels for two people. Bed was comfortable. We didn't know to walk through the commons room to get to our room at first, so took a bit to figure out how to get to the room. Need to clean the window areas as they are full of webs."

  • Even better than expected

"Wow!!! Group of 10 stayed here. What does not show is the warmth and love that this house exudes. Santos and Mary Cruz, who have been with the house almost since it was first built about 6 years ago, will cater to your every need with a loving, caring, professional demeanor. It is their special touch that helped make this such a great vacation for us. There is attention to every detail from lighting to decorations, furniture, design......There is a great, brick gas fire pit by the ocean where we made s'mores at night, there is an enclosed grass soccer field where the kids played soccer and football, amazing roomy showers, lighted staircases, surround sound in each room, the 5 star resort next door delivered wonderful meals to our huge double lazy susan dining table any time of day, Chef Lori from Lola Valentina prepared and her 3 daughters delivered a traditional meal of Cochinita Pibil that my picky kids all loved, the floor to ceiling windows give breathtaking views, the sunset views from the pool or from the jacuzzi rooftop are the most spectacular we have seen. The sand has washed out a bit of the beach area so it is not as much as the picture shows, but still beautiful and the kids enjoyed swimming and snorkeling. The coffee, cappuccino maker makes amazing cappuccino in seconds, I added a shot of espresso to it for more of a kick. There are so many other special touches that I can't list them all here, but just know it is even better than expected."

  • Beautiful Property!

"I stayed in Villa Tranquila with five friends over our Spring Break. The property is absolutely beautiful! It is right on the water, so the views were beautiful and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves every night was heavenly. The property was about a ten minute walk to town, however we rented a golf cart for our stay which made it very convenient to get around. We felt very safe inside the house and didn't worry about much when we left for the day. The house and kitchen were all very clean and lovely! We constantly utilized the living space downstairs as well as the roof top pool and bar area! The house really had everything you could need for your vacation. We worked with a woman named Vicki when renting the house, and she could not have been more accommodating. The only possible con I can think of is the stairs on the property are very steep and get slippery when your in and out of the pool and due to the humidity. Therefore, you may have to be careful with young children or anybody with decreased mobility. Overall we had a great experience with the property and recommend for any group or family staying on Isla!"
