Casa Dorada Los Cabos oceanfront rentals

Booked 5 months in advance, never heard from the host again. Arrived at our rental condo and the host hadn't made arangements for us to check in. Had to cancel and rebook directly with the hotel. The host took our money and didn't deliver. Had to pay more to stay at the hotel on short notice and am in the process of trying to get some refund. Marta Tejada dropped the ball!

We had an amazing week in Cabo. The property is top notch and you can't beat the location.

The location of this is walking distance to downtown Cabo Marina where you will find many restaurants, shopping and Mexican markets for authentic gifts and clothing! We wallked with our two boys ages 11 and 7 about every evening and made it to the marina in about 10 minutes and felt very safe! Also with the resort being located on Medano beach which is super calm for swimming my boys had a blast playing in the sand, kicking the soccer ball on the beach and swimming in the ocean!! The spectacular view of Land's End is absolutely superb! The service is very good too! We will be back!

We rented the 1 BR Penthouse at Casa Dorada and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The unit, located in the 5th floor, was amazing! The view from every room was spectacular. It was spacious enough for us to gather comfortably with our family in the evenings and there was a hot tub on the expansive deck. The bed was comfortable and there was ample storage throughout. The resort is first class, staff is friendly and accommodating and the food is good. The sushi restaurant was our personal favorite. Renting from Carol was such a pleasure. She was helpful in every way and was always quick to respond to any of our questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this listing again.

This is a beautiful resort, in an ideal location, with outstanding service, great food, and many activities for the family. I would love for them to bring back the water feature between the two pools as that was a really nice addition to the property.

We love Casa Dorada and have stayed here twice now. The property is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our Jr. Suite was very nice and well equipped. 12 Tribes Restaurant is exceptional! W didn't love the Cruise Ship passengers taking over the pool area. And we also didn't love people putting their towels out to "reserve" lounge chairs in premium spots at 6am! Although the property says they don't allow this - they do. We saw many lounge chairs reserved for hours on end without people actually showing up until after lunch. This should stop. It isn't fair to the people who get to the pool at a reasonable hour and can't find a lounge chair. :-(
