Pacific Beach oceanfront rentals

This place had it all! The views and access was everything we were looking for! Very quiet and quant! Everyone in the building was respectful. It was very nice to have all the beach items (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and toys) available inside this unit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone with a family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is perfect for a couple; small, but has everything you need. Mary greeted us when we arrived and was very attentive during our month's stay. The view from the upper deck is awesome.

Great property, looks just like the photos. Private patio is so nice, and the bay is a very short walk away. We walked mostly everywhere, lots of fun restaurants nearby. Kevin always answered any questions we had very promptly. Lots of towels and extra linens too which is nice! Thank you, Kevin!

1. Condo as advertised -- perfect. 2. Kitchen -- well stocked. 3. Beds -- comfortable. 4. Recliner by the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling window looking over the Pacific -- majestic and comfortable. 5. Host -- Christy - helpful, quick, nice! 6. Area -- food, shops, beach, walkways, views, you name it! 7. Parking -- indoor, free, large space, next to elevator! 8. Security -- comforting (key fob needed to get into parking, elevator, floor selection). 9. Recommendations: Burgers - Lunch Box; Ice cream - Baked Bear; Seafood - Kings Fish House (downtown). 10, Luggage carts (trivial stuff I know but ...) -- convenient. 11. Beach Access -- out the building, across the walking path, down to the beach -- it's really that close!

What a lovely stay we had. The location is incredible. So much to see and do and just the warm homey vibe of the condo with the views was the best. What stood out the most was the personal touch of our host Gary. It was obvious he was genuinely invested in our overall experience. Stellar service and experience all around. We will be back!!

The condo was pleasantly decorated and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The only thing we would have like is a chair (or somewhere to rent one) to take down to beach. We are older and it's harder to get up off the ground.

Jim was there to greet us and show us around. He lives in a neighboring condo and was always accommodating and available to answer questions. Building is right on the beach with glorious sunset views right from the condo. Great neighborhood, right on the boardwalk, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Most definitely would recommend and stay there again. Thank you. Jim!

The condo exceeded our expectations! As soon as we walked in we were in awe of not only how beautiful the condo is but how spectacular the view is with all the windows! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in San Diego now, we will definitely be back! Loved that we could walk to so much and it was a great central location for all our San Diego adventures. Can’t say enough good things about our stay, thank you!
