We loved our time at Kurt and Lisa's place and qould definitely stay again in the future. Convenient location on the island and walking straight out to the beach was phenomenal. Our kids also took advantage of the pool when we weren't on the beach. If you need somewhere to store your food or luggage before/after checkin/out, be sure to check with the office. They have an area for both!

The house, beach, and management team far exceeded our expectations. Turn-key operation for having fun at the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, pool toys, kayaks, paddle boards, pots/pans and other essentials. It had it all!!! We cooked so much food and loved the kitchen setup. We were all super comfortable with the room layout and spacious floor plan. So much hospitality and friendliness in the town shops, restaurants and rental companies. We will definitely come back. Trip of a lifetime!!!

My husband and I have stayed here twice, and have really enjoyed our time here each time. The condo is always clean and well-stocked when we arrive, and it was especially convenient to have beach umbrellas and chairs provided so we didn’t have to pay to rent them elsewhere. The screened porch faces west so the sunset views are great. It’s a treat to watch the pelicans and other seabirds flying right by the balcony! The beach is only a 2 minute walk away and there are several excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. We definitely recommend this unit and appreciate the owner always being so communicative!

We really enjoyed our stay. Pat was so nice and very helpful. The only thing that could have been nicer was the weather, but we preferred sitting in the beautiful screened porch and watching the rain while it snowed at home. Very nice pool and the house was clean and had everything we needed.

This was by far our most favorite family vacation to date! We enjoyed the slower, quiet days on the island, starting with having our coffee while looking out through the windows at the ocean. My kids loved to look for shells, as you can walk both ways on their beach. They played ping pong daily down on their outdoor porch area under the home, and my daughter loved reading her book on the hammock. The home had everything we needed, with the view being our most favorite! Wendy was wonderful to work with. We hope to be back again next year!

This house was the nicest I’ve ever rented. It simply beautiful. Stunning view, professional team to work with, breathtaking interior design. All the bedrooms were fantastic. Everybody had the time of their life. I hope to come back soon!

This house was beautiful and perfectly maintained. We had a great overall experience between the house, pool, beach and ocean. Captiva Island is awesome.
