Cocoa Beach oceanfront rentals

The unit was just as described and right on the beach! Walking distance to several good restaurants and the host was very good with communication.

The property was spotless and very well equipped. It had plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, flatware and small appliances. It was also equipped with beach gear and towels. Even though the weather wasn’t very good during our stay, Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Car Museum and many other venues were in driving distance. The condo had a large screen TV, so we were easily entertained even if we didn’t want to go out in the cold and rain.The area is located with a variety of restaurants including seafood, Mexican,Italian and American type food to fit the tastes of all visitors.It was easy to have a good time even with bad weather.

This condo was perfect. Exceptional location next to the peer and right on the beach. Short drive to cape Canaveral and within an hour of Disney and Universal. Condo was clean and had everything you need to stay comfortable and everything worked. Has everything you need for a fun beach day (which saved us a lot of money as far as towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella.) Check in and check out were easy. Host was kind and easy to communicate with and even informed us of rocket launch times the week we were there. Wouldn’t have seen them if he hadn’t of mentioned it. The place is not crowded or overrun with kids. Huge balcony. Only thing that I was slightly disappointed about was that the ocean view was minimal due to trees, but you could still see some of it. Would definitely stay here again.

Just as described but with a few extras. Easy access to Cocoa Beach, restaurants, and Banana River. The later checkout at 11 allowed us to take our time. Bed was comfortable!

Beautiful place, exactly as described and the host was responsuve. We stayed for a week and loved every minute! The condo had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was the perfect set up for our family of 4. The balcony was the perfect place to have coffee in the AM or a drink in the PM. The beach was fantastic and wasn't too crowded. The salt water pool was great too. Lots of local places to eat, shop and explore. We would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at this amazing property. It is walking distance to the beach, very clean and comfortable. My teen kids really enjoyed it. I will definitely visit again and also recommend this to other friends and family.
