We also loved the location on a quiet street but close enough to walk to the hub. We will certainly rent this one again.

Nice place, convenient to beach and restaurants and shops, area has enhanced security and traffic control to ensure parking as well as peace and quiet, normal beach house amenities

This was the perfect beachfront cottage!! My wife and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary and decided to go to SeaSide. This house was exactly how it was described and the listing host was very polite and helpful. You park your car in your assigned spot and never have to leave in a Car again. All shops and restaurants are literally walking distance. We will be back!

Diane was tremendous throughout the entire reservation and stay process. Her home was just as advertised and there were no issues at all. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying In Seaside.

We’ve stayed in many houses in Seaside. Mint 4 Fun is definitely one of the best! Location is great; house is well laid out for families, clean and updated. Christie was very easy to work with, she communicated very well with us! We would definitely stay here again!
