Bella Riva oceanfront rentals

The condo was very nice and fully supplied and maintained. Gated parking and security access to the pool and beach. The chef's kitchen was a bonus that we took advantage of during our stay. Leasing agent (Bob) was great to work with prior and during our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This was a beautiful condo in a great location. Our family of 8 from 3 to 73 enjoyed everything about it. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of bathroom towels, (but it does seem strange for a beach condo not to provide beach towels). The full size washer and dryer was the best!

Great location! The location was farther down the island, which was great! Gorgeous condo! The view outside the balcony was beautiful... natural dunes, not overlooking the pool. We were provided a "starter kit" of necessities, i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry soap, until we were able to go to the store. The kitchen was well stocked, everything needed to prepare and serve meals.

Overall we had a really great trip. We were thankful that the staff at Kimberly Lang helped us get a guest parking pass at a nearby spot as our family had 3 cars and only 2 were allowed at Bella Riva. The place was very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing. However we could have used more kitchen pans and such to fully use those wonderful Viking appliances. We brought our own electric skillet and crock pot. I was disappointed that we had to deal with construction work and the noise associated with it- but that is not the fault of the rental co. The add also states that the unit has hair dryers - and there is not one on site. I was thankful my daughter brought hers or I would have had to purchase one.

Wonderful vacation destination! The condo is very nice and exactly as we expected because we have rented in this building before.

From the pool to the beach. Its was amazing. Not very accommodating on early check in or out but the condo itself was beautiful.
