Mount Pleasant oceanfront rentals

Property was very clean and comfortable and located in a very nice neighborhood. Perfectly located to easily get to Charleston and also visit Sullivan's Island and Isle Of Palms. Close to many restaurants. So many good places to eat.

This Shem Creek Studio was everything we could have hoped for and more. Jackie & Chris were so friendly and thoughtful, and I can't say enough about the gorgeous views right outside the windows of the studio. The property was absolutely stunning. After long days of exploring the Charleston area it was so nice to be able to come back to the studio, sit outside and unwind, and simply enjoy the peaceful tranquility while watching the sunset. We'd definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

Great location to everything. 17minutes to all your historical sites in Charleston. Yet, close to beach town of Sullivans Island. 1/2 block from groceries and gas. Loved the location and the cleanliness of the house. Loved the ping pong table room for kids.

I thought the guest house was beautiful. Even better than the pictures. It had everything you need. The bed was soooo comfortable and everything is done in bright white, just lifts your spirits. I loved the bathroom as well, I’m a shower snob and this one was perfect. Nice big couch and streaming tv, and close to shopping. Beautiful neighborhood, I am a credit made a point of taking a long walk and looking at the beautiful homes. Very private as well. You would never know that someone lived upstairs. If you’re in the area, don’t hesitate to book with them!!!

David was an excellent host! I had a very late arrival and he left the light on for me and provided very clear and easy instructions for how to get into the space. There was a personalized welcome letter (& chocolates!) with anecdotes about the space, places to visit, and general info on the area which was super helpful. In the mornings I would go to the beach to watch the sunrise and they had beach towels and chairs available to use. It is close to both the beach and Charleston, and was perfect for my trip where I was out all day and needed somewhere clean and quiet to relax at the end of the day. Don’t hesitate to book this property for your next trip to Mt Pleasant!

I am glad we stayed here rather than the Folly beach area. This was a very quite and nice walkable neighborhood, or a very short ride to the beaches and attractions. Absolutely loved the Shem creek area, also enjoyed the historic Charleston area, USS Yorktown and Fort Sumter. The house was exactly as described. Plenty of small items to get you started, such as toiletries, coffee pods, snacks, personal items and much more. Hosts were very accommodating and sent us a message letting us check in early because the house was ready. This worked out for us since we got into town around 11am. If back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

This was my first trip living away from home for an extended period of time and I loved it! I stayed for a full 90 days. The apartment was exactly as advertised with very thought out decor. I felt very comfortable and I cannot recommend these hosts enough! The apartment is easy to get into on check in day and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. A short drive to the beach and downtown Charleston make this location ideal.
