Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy staying in this unit, lots of seating for our extended family that are in other units to gather for meals. Master bath is nicely updated as well as the kitchen. Only drawback is the owner has several locked closets for personal items that present a problem with where to hang clothes and unpack suitcases, and lots of owner's personal items throughout the unit. But overall, great unit and we had a great time!

We have stayed at this property several times. Each time it’s like returning home (away from home). Morgan, the property manager, is very welcoming and a perfect host. The cabin has everything you might need. And is very comfortable. Just a hop over the dunes to the beach. We have already made our reservations for next year.

Perfect location to discover all things old town St. Augustine. Just a block away from trolly tours but most everthing is walkable. The cottage apartment was delightfull with a fabulous bathroom (loved the shower) and bedroom. The kitchen was cute and functional with a fridge and hot plate. There were no onsite laundry facilities but the Lighthouse Laundry 2 miles away near the beaches was not a bad option! A definite recomend!!

This place was the perfect size for my husband and I. We had an amazing vacation and loved our stay.

Clean, bright, wonderful condo.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Spanish Sol. This was our first visit to the St. Augustine area and this condo was the perfect location, only 15 minutes from downtown. If you are going to go "see the sights" I would recommend getting the the Tour Pass, as there is an entry fee for pretty much everything! It may help to save some money. It was a short walk to the beach from the condo, there was a great view of the courtyard and pool area and ocean from the porch. The interior of the condo was great, it was very nice to be provided with all the supplies we would need (dish soap, detergent, HBA products and linens). The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well once we set it at a comfortable temperature for us. There were many good restaurants nearby including Saltwater Cowboys, Amicis, Sunset Grille, Bronx House Pizza, Taco Libre, Connollys Shore Grille and Taco Libre!! The food was good at all. It was nice that it was a gated area, but, the key pad for the gate was hard to operate from the car, I had to get out each time to enter the code. I know that isn't the owners fault, but, it was still a little inconvenient. Over all, we would stay here again and want to thank Erin and Jason for having a lovely condo. They are great hosts and very easy to communicate with.

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a wonderful location to the beach and just a short drive to the historic district/shopping. Our dog had a wonderful time at the beach as did we. I would recommend. It was also a very quiet neighborhood and beach.
