Loved this rental! Clean, super cozy, great linens and perfect foam beds, safe, great neighborhood, wonderful fireplace etc! Absolutely no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

My family enjoyed Christmas in Flagstaff this year. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Everything we needed was there for us. We absolutely loved the game room. My daughter is a NAU student and we will definitely stay again. Loved it!

My hubby is critical of every bed aside from his at home. Always a hole- deep impression. NOT here! The mattress was new maybe? Perfect sleep. The black chairs in living area are comfortable recliners. Starbucks pods and hot showers. Location was great and we arrived in the fall with gorgeous trees surrounding. Would stay here again

Very comfortable and relaxing environment to hang out after hiking North to South rims. Highly recommend.

This home is so well appointed. Spices galore, coffee, cotton balls and qtips, all the way down to 2 bathrobes. You don't find this in most rentals. Barb contacted us right away to make sure we got in ok. The community is beautiful. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Flagstaff.

Wonderful property in a great location. Beautiful setting, modern very well equipped kitchen, very responsive manager, great home for families with Treehouse, fire pit, etc. Highly recommended!

It was nice having a place we could bring our dog, plenty of backyard for him to run around. The house was clean and cozy, we really enjoyed our stay!
