Very quiet stay. Nice, pleasant hosts as well. Will stay here again, if possible.

We needed a chance to get away from everything over inauguration weekend, and looked for a place where we could be close to nature. We had a wonderful stay at VillaNova and just what we needed. We were able to drive 15 miles to Los Gatos for dinner (Polenteria -- all gluten free kitchen!) and the next day drove 20 minutes to Capitola beach and a little farther to Nisene Marks state park to walk in the redwoods. The weather was perfect for outdoor things, but tbh even if it hadn't been, we would have loved just cozying up at VillaNola. This little place is perfect - all the furnishings are just what you need and fit perfectly into the space. It was accurately described on the website; we met Azadeh on arrival and she would have been available if we needed, but otherwise, we were on our own to enjoy! After being in some vacation homes where we had to bring our own salt and pepper, VillaNola was a dream! Every kitchen utensil you could ever need for cooking and baking, and staples like olive oil, coffee, and tea. We would definitely return and thank the owners for all the thoughtfulness and planning that went into creating VillaNola!

The property worked out very well for us. Location was great. That was very comfortable. Would recommend it for a short stay.

Beautiful home with beautiful views of Monterey Bay. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach using the Beachgate path. Sheets on the bed in the primary bedroom did not fit the bed. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this adorable, clean home, which was perfectly decorated in beach-themed style. The owners left thoughtful welcome gifts for us and our pup - a chilled bottle of wine and dog treats, plus the outdoor firepit was ready to go! The fenced-yard was perfect for our pup and we never had to worry. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture and had a fire one night. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The beds were comfy and the linens super soft! The beach and a few restaurants are a short walk. There were plenty of beach chairs along with some umbrellas. We definitely want to come back in the future!

We stayed in Santa Cruz for 2 months and it was absolutely perfect! The space is beautiful and in an incredible neighborhood. It is walking distance from a park (perfect for my 18 month son), the ocean, and so many fun local spots. Marcus is also the absolute best host. He always responded right away if we needed anything and overall made us feel very welcome. I cannot recommend this space enough. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while in incredible Santa Cruz, look no further!
