Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this property in Ouray. It’s right next to the hot springs pool, although we never used it. You can easily walk to Main Street in town for shopping or restaurants. The visitors center is almost in the same parking lot so you can get any info you need. The property sits right next to a stream that is nice to listen to. From the back porch we saw a bear twice across the street and many chipmunks. It is a great size for a family of 4. The only issue we had was getting woken up by a bear knocking over everyone’s trash cans. They are bear proof, but it still tried. 😂

Five stars all around! One of the best places I have stayed period. The Perimeter Trail literally circles the entire town and hits all the best spots, including the thundering Box Canyon Falls. We loved that we could hop on the trail right from the front door and see waterfalls, tunnels, and high mountain bridges all in one afternoon. Ouray has such a unique, authentic feel—it’s easily the most beautiful hidden gem in the state. This home was AMAZING, cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located. I can't wait to book this again and again. Highly recommend!

Loved this property! Was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our yearly trip Ouray. Kitchen had all the tools we needed to fuel up for a long day of Ice climbing. The window seat was the best part… gave a perfect view of the mountains and the town. Was a great location to whatever you needed in town. Also had the perfect area to store all our ice climbing gear. Would highly recommend, and will be our number one choice to stay when we come back next year.

The condo is in a great location in town, right at the base of Lift 7. Very easy access to mountain if you're there to ski/snowboard. Town loop shuttle picks up just a couple of minutes away, also very convenient for getting around. We actually didn't use our car the entire week. It was really nice to have the garage parking space and keep the car out of the elements! Restaurants and shops in town are a short walk from the condo (10-15 min) and the free gondola station is only about 10 min walk. Gets you quickly over to the mountain village area and everything over there. Beautiful views. Ride it at night as well, the lights of town at night are something else. The condo is spacious and clean with a well stocked kitchen and two refrigerators. Definitely a great price for the location and amenities. Jason is great and very quick to respond to any questions. He welcomed us to town and gave us a quick rundown of the condo/lodge and garage, which was very helpful. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

The views from the property are even more amazing than the photos. Perfect location to be just enough away from telluride traffic and noise but also close to visit in ouray. The studio is very spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Even Drinkable water was available! We have to come back to catch the Elk. Very grateful to find such an amazing place. I would warn that if you come in snowy/cold months to make sure you have a vehicle that can get you throw some snow down the windy road up and down.
