Connecticut pet-friendly rentals

We had an amazing stay. The home was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The host left a nice little welcome package of milk, butter and bagels. The location is perfect we only used our car once, we walked everywhere. I would 100% recommend this cottage and hope to come back again.

Thank you so much Melanie.......the place was beautiful and perfect for us. We visited so many cool shops and restaurants, the lake, the Washington Green, etc. We even enjoyed the rain because we don't get to experience it much in Vegas. :) Again, thank you for making our stay memorable.

We loved our time at the cozy cottage for New Year’s Eve! The owner was so accommodating with check in time and thought of everything to make our stay so comfortable. We’ll definitely book again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mimi's place! The cottage was exactly as listed. We loved the open layout plan in the cottage as well as the lovely decor. We especially loved the amazing view from the cottage! It was so serene, beautiful, quiet, peaceful and just what we were looking for! The owner of the cottage, Noelle was so nice, responsive and communicative. The manual left in the cottage was informative and helpful as well! The neighbors nearby were so friendly and welcoming, even the deers we spotted on our walks around the lake! We truly appreciated all the amenities that Noelle has thoughtfully left for us in the cottage to use along with the fully stocked kitchen! She had even thought of our dog by providing a dog bed, dog towels, dog blankets and even a dog run for the yard! We felt absolutely comfortable in and out of the cottage and could've easily stayed for longer! We did not plan to go out anywhere other than that area, so we can't recommend any restaurants or things to do nearby. However, we can honestly say that you wouldn't need anything else but the cottage, garden, and the lake! We cooked our meals in the cottage everyday, kayaked on the lake, read a book on the hammock, sat by the dock or the firepit and enjoyed our cocktails and even enjoyed listening to a record on the record player that they provided for us in the cottage! We have to say this was one of the best property we had stayed in so far! It's certainly a piece of heaven on earth! Book this now!

We needed a place to decompress after our son's wedding, and this was perfect. Yes, it's "rustic", but it has everything we needed. The end of the dock became Our Spot, both for morning coffee and evening talks. We watched the rowing crew camps practicing every morning (so interesting). The whole spot is SO private. (We still want to know more about the ice house renovation history). We were able to tour the whole farm (chickens, lambs, etc). Recommend this spot, wholeheartedly.

Just as described! Spacious 1 bedroom with large kitchen. Location is great! I was there for business and the weather was snowy, so no trip to the beach. But it's right across the street

My family and I had an incredible Memorial Day weekend at this house! There are so many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful view - and the weather was perfect for kayaking and the paddle boat. The inside was very neat and clean when we got there, and our kids enjoyed the snacks left out for us. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house and we will definitely be back soon!
