Family of 6 and dog had a great time at this Bethany beach vacation home. Lovely neighborhood, big pool and close to the beach and restaurants. This house is updated and fit out family just right. The most used room of the house was definitely the enclosed porch! Stephen was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Don't hesitate to rent this place!

We loved the screened porch, and large kitchen. With 7 adults, we never felt crowded. There is plenty of space.

This place was cozy quaint and relaxing. We enjoyed the tropical decor out front and close walking proximity to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed walking our dog and infant around the neighborhood. Highlights were comfy bedrooms, tropical decor out front, screened in back porch and outdoor shower with yard. We would return to beach there anytime.

Absolutely terrific accommodations. Exceptionally well-appointed. Kitchen was ready to go: had everything. Bathrooms were spotless -- with detachable shower heads! Beds were very comfortable -- and a TV in each bedroom (as well as the great room). Owners provided chests of toys and games and kids books. Parking was more than adequate: convenient to shopping and restaurants. Less than a block to the beach -- and no street to cross. My grandsons loved it -- "It's fancier than your other house, Pop," the little one said. Meh ... he maybe overstated that. Terrific property .. highest review.

Great location, beach parking pass made getting to the beach easy with the toddler. Home was fully stoked with everything needed as advertised. The owner Heath was a pleasure to work with.

We had a lovely and relaxing week at this Fenwick cottage. It is just as described right on the bay with beautiful views and a quiet setting. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The house was a great location and we could bike or walk to the beach. Having a pool and pickleball on site was fantastic. The house provided all we needed. Thanks for sharing hour house with us.
