My family comes here every year, and each year we are so happy we made the decision to rebook! We love this place and it is perfect for our family of 4 and dog. The location between Lewes and Rehoboth is the best and the cleanliness of the condo is top notch!

The house is beautiful, a great location, clean and so well stocked.Best rental we have ever had and hope to be back to enjoy next in a summer month!

Very welcoming home & management. Muffins and holiday decorations were fabulous. Off the beaten path as Broadkill Beach is, but less than twenty minutes to all you need. And less than twenty seconds out the door to the beach. Amazing views and comfort. Amenities were spot on. Happiest of holidays!!

Grenoble Place was a wonderful place! It was clean, had plenty of room and the view is amazing! We were there in the off season and the neighbors were quiet. Once in the condo, you feel like you are in a home. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We will be back!

Krista’s place is wonderful and you can’t beat the location. Krista was responsive and a great host. Hope to re-visit.

This is the best place I have stayed and I’ve been renting in Lewes for 30+ years. Drew is absolutely an amazing host. It was so nice that he thinks of his renter’s needs. There was coffee, paper towels, tioletpaper, spices, plenty of pots and pans and dishes, etc. I was amazed. Most places I rented if you get anything you might have just items to get through the first day. Oh and he provided clean sheets when you get there, which less you have to pack. I could go on and on. “Very Clean” also. The location is great, pool is very nice, and area is nice and quiet. There is a Weis market, Walgreens, Dollar Store, and more which is like 2 miles away. I loved that because I’m not big on driving miles in the traffic down there. Lewes beach is close, like 10 miles. To sum it up, I Loved Everything about this place and would Love to stay again and again. “Thank you Drew, you are amazing and so is your property!”

Property was cute and located just steps away from the beach! Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Host was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process and stay. Couldn't ask for much more!

Really enjoyed the location of this unit. Super clean.
