Jacksonville Beach pet-friendly rentals

Comfortable in the heat, updated look, beach things in the shed with an outdoor shower to rinse off, crosswalk to the beach is close. There was great communication with the host and a comprehensive list of expectation of the property. A great place to stay for our family of 4.

What a wonderful property. From the moment we walked in it was clear that the owners cared about your stay. The place was spotless, well lit, and decorated to welcome. The main floor has a wonderful open floor plan with a nice fully supplied kitchen and large TV and comfortable seating. Games in the cabinet too. The little patio with Edison lights out of the back was such a nice hang out spot for a beer or glass of wine at the end of the day or coffee in the morning. There was an available hose for sandy beach feet and plenty of towels available. The bedrooms upstairs were roomy and clean and the beds were so comfortable. Beds in VRBO’s are often the one thing that lacks but these beds were great! One bathroom upstairs with doors to both bedrooms was perfect and let me tell you - that shower! Wonderful water pressure with plenty of temperature adjustments. I want that shower at home. The 1/2 bath downstairs was so handy. The best part of this property may be the beach access. We walked down to the beach (2 blocks) every morning with our dog. Huge wide clean beach with lots of shells. Dogs are only allowed October through March so make sure you plan for that if you want to take your dog to the beach. The owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Very attentive to all our needs and it is clear they truly care about their guests. They have a book of local suggestions - I really appreciate when owners share their local hotspots. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed one night and it was the perfection location. We were able to walk to everything we needed. Would book again.

The house was the perfect size for us and the layout was great. The location was ideal.

We had a long stay in the Jacksonville, FL area (Mayo clinic) and "the beach condo" was perfect for us and our pup Max. Long walks on the beach every afternoon was so therapeutic and a welcome end to our day. The condo was as described - relatively newly renovated, fresh towels, new washer/dryer, nice little outside back porch which we didn't use since it was chilly but nice to have. Having space to spread out was super nice. Great host who answered any question within the hour. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay close to the beach but still have access to stores/restaurants & of course, the beach!

This unit is terrific! It's recently updated and clean. Dan is easy and swift to communicate with. He went above and beyond saving us a spot in the rack for our bikes too. The location is convenient to lots of good restaurants, many of which you can get to on foot. We spent a full month here, and loved every minute of it!
