Rosemary Beach pet-friendly rentals

The carriage house is adorable. It is a short walk to the main Seacreast pool and is also between (2) tram stops to the beach. Looking forward to a second stay in the future.

Lovely home was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 4 tween/teenagers. Comfy furniture and beds, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. Neighborhood was quiet and safe to let kids ride to shops on their own. We walked to 30A for dinner and biked to Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach shops/restaurants. We packed up cars for beach days to Inlet Beach and thoroughly enjoyed clean beach and warm beautiful gulf. Thanks so much for 7 beach cruisers!!!! We also rented a pontoon boat one afternoon and enjoyed a girls day art session at Sun Bear Gallery. Another fun family vacation - many thanks!

House was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable.

This home was incredibly beautiful with an extremely cozy feel. It couldn’t have been more clean which made us feel comfortable right away. Our family enjoyed quality time with coffee each morning on the cozy and quaint front porch. The communication with the Coast team was supreme. Jake was absolutely amazing and went above abs beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

We absolutely loved Audrey’s Cottage. It was the perfect size for 7 adults (which is hard to find). The owners were very gracious and accommodating. The house is decorated so well with all the comforts of home. It is close to all the shopping, eateries and beach. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. We will be back!

The house was an easy walk to the beach. It was very stylishly decorated and was able to easily fit 4 adults. There are no doors for the bedroom downstairs or the loft so if you absolutely require privacy, this may not be a good fit. The sofa bed upstairs was comfortable for a 5'6 and 5'8 couple, but if you're any taller then it may not be quite so cozy. We enjoyed dinner in the enclosed patio downstairs and the fresh breeze was very lovely. If you're looking for a cozy home near the beach, I would highly recommend this one!

This place was great. 2 minute walk to the beach, and close to both 30A and PCB. When we arrived, the owners greeted us and showed us around. They were very friendly, and recommended some restaurants for us. Inside the house was some nice, beachy decor, and it was easy for me, my wife, and my daughter to settle in and get comfortable. Being in the house was peaceful. When we weren't at the beach, we watched some show on the TV together in the front room - they have Netflix set up for you. The wifi was good enough for the few work meetings I had to do. They have a storage place downstairs for beach toys and other things that get sandy, and the laundry is around back. We made use of both. For our small group, this place was exactly what we wanted.
