Excellent communication with the host prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. Beautiful condo! So many thoughtful touches from the host! We walked into the condo and had everything we needed without having to go to the store first for essentials. The condo was impeccably clean and so very comfortable. The pack and play and stroller were so much appreciated for my youngest grandchild. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all of the outdoor seating. The sunset viewings and wildlife sightings in the pond were so much appreciated! The condo was only a short walk to the clubhouse, which we all enjoyed the lazy river, water slides, pool and a wide variety of food options and cocktails. The condo truly exceeded our expectations and we all had an incredibly good time! Will definitely book again!

This property is a definite 10!!! Well stocked, fabulous kitchen, beautiful pool, very clean, great location, very attentive host, all the amenities you could ask for. The host keeps the home updated with quality products for your stay. We stay for a month every year and this home never disappoints. We had plans to visit Disney in October, but hurricane Milton threw a monkey wrench into our trip. We reluctantly cancelled out trip 2 days before our departure. We were travelling with 3 adults, my teenage son, and 5 year old daughter. The day we cancelled, I immediately scoured the internet looking for some where to stay at least 3 months out (so I could begin reserving all our Disney dining reservations again). We have never stayed at a Vrbo for a Disney trip, but I found this house. I read the reviews and pictures of the property and just decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did! The prospect of having our own private pool and hot tub (which were amazing even in 65f weather), as well as a full kitchen and more than enough space then we needed, immediately reignited my familes excitement for the trip. Check-in and check-out was a breeeze. The neighborhood is quiet. Communication with Maria and Andy was excellent. We were about 15 minutes away from every park.The property was clean and well maintained. My 4 year old daughter called it the hotel home. Which is excalty what it felt like, a home away from home for our Disney vacation.In away, I'm glad our first plans fell through, becasue I feel this place really made our vacation special.From what we spent on houseing and car rental we spent far far less then what we would have paid staying on resort property and we got to experience everything we wanted to do.I highly recommend this property!

Every time we go to Florida we rent the Mickey House from Reece. This was our 4th stay. Everything about this home is perfect. Every detail of the house is well thought out and it's so inviting. This really is a home away from home but better! Check in is super easy and Reece communicates really well. When you enter the home, it is spotless and smells fresh. Over the last year, Reece has done a ton of updating (new living room furniture, new mattresses, new hot tub and more). While we never felt there was anything wrong with any of that before, it was awesome to see the love that goes into this home, it's seems more than just a rental house. I have no complaints, other than I cant just live at the Mickey House full time! You will not be disappointed renting the Mickey House, it's super close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood so you don't feel like you are in the thick of it. Literally you are within a 10 minute drive to Magic Kingdom. We look forward to returning sooner than later!

This is a superb location for all of the venues in the Orlando FL area. There are plenty of markets and pharmacies within 4 miles of the house. We were there during the Hurricane HELENE landfall and Kenia provided sandbags and extra flashlights for us in case the power went out. The location of the house is in a gated community and we felt safe and secure when we were in Crystal Cove. We would stay here again if we visit the area. Excellent place for 6 adults, one 9 year old, and a Welsh Corgi. Lyle

This place is amazing! Property was exactly as described. It was more than enough room for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. It was insanely easy to get to all 4 Disney properties. 20 minute drive tops. The amenities of the community were great for our rest days from the parks. I still cannot believe these are all included for the price of the property. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Very quick responses. We were able to get in a little earlier than the typical check in time and were able to stay a little later on the check out day for a small fee. Everything was very clean and there was even a very nice little happy mother's day display when we arrived that day. Our group would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for making our kids' first Disney trip more enjoyable!

This house was perfect in every way!! I’m super picky when it comes to rentals and this house had EVERYTHING!!!! I’ve never stayed in the same rental house more then once , BUT I would definitely stay here again!!!!
