Like luxury towels, the kitchen was well supplied, the bedrooms were beautiful, the pool was perfect and a great hit with the kids. The 3 beaches were within walking distance and very private, most days were by ourself.

We had a great stay at the house - 2 adults, 1 energetic 10 year old boy and a dog who already misses the backyard at the house. The house was clean, cozy, super organized and fully stocked with everything you might need and more. From dishwashing liquid to dog bowls, to extra beach towels, to shampoo and conditioner in the showers. Speaking of showers - the outside shower is amazing! We've stayed at many properties at the Cape before with outside showers - this one was the best! We actually didn't use the inside shower at all during our stay. The location was good - about 4-5 min drive to Seagull beach, which was our main destination during the day. Also really close to mini-golf, waterpark and an arcade. Another great part of the stay was the fully enclosed backyard which gave our son space to run, and our dog space to enjoy the sunshine with the off leash freedom. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and hassle-free.We left refreshed, sun-kissed, and full of good vibes. I highly recommend this property for your Cape getaway!

Our stay was so enjoyable! Perfect location within walking distance to the beach, but even better for beach drop offs and pickups followed by a short run to meet your group before a beach day! The property was clean and spacious enough for 7 adults for a long weekend stay. The outdoor shower and grill were the most enjoyed perks! Would certainly stay again and highly recommend!

The house was very comfortable. We were a group of five family members. We appreciated the large bedrooms with king size beds. We also appreciated the air conditioning since it was warm when we were there. The yard was great when our grandkids came over for a visit. The beach is a bit more than “steps to the beach” but a nice walk. I would stay again.

The house is as described in the pictures. It is located in a great quiet neighborhood, two minutes away from the private beaches. You can also drive to Main Street, Hyannis which has plenty of restaurants and shops. Bigger beaches are not too far and you can hit other fun towns. Lots to do! Loved the location, towns, and people were very nice. Rebecca was great! Quick to respond, plenty of Dunkin K cups, teas, and snacks! Beds & pillows are comfortable!!

We rented this property as I was playing in the Cape Cod Classic Softball Tournament . The house location was fantastic, in a quiet setting , yet within walking distance to stores , restaurants, and a few minute drive to the beach. The house was awesome, had great character, with classic Cape charm. Huge fenced in back yard which our Bernese Mountain Dogs loved. Look forward to staying here again next September! Great house in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The house was as advertised - perfect. Spacious bedrooms and modern kitchen. Nice, big backyard. Less than 10 minutes to beaches. Definitely would stay here again.

I must give a huge thank you to Robert Paul Properties for their amazing prompt responses, understanding when things arise and working with me and the homeowners to stay on top of everything. Kid friendly & dog friendly. What an amazing experience! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will not rent any other house again. I will look to this home first. Thank you so much 😊
