We loved everything about this house and wish we could make it our permanent home. The house was beautifully designed and has a luxurious, modern, artsy feel that we truly enjoyed. It is obvious that the owners have great design taste and take very good care of the property. The setting is very relaxing, and we enjoyed the view.

We had a wonderful time at Russell Cottage. It is in a cute little neighborhood. We really enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood. I brought my kayak and it was great to be able to just leave it tied up on the dock. I was able to easily get out on the lake everyday! The cottage was well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. It is an older home and it has little quirks, but that made it even more endearing to us. We are already planning our trip for next year. Shaun is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. Amazing time. Our boys couldn’t get enough of fishing and swimming in the private lake. Ten minutes away we found zip-lines at Bristol, in Canandaigua theres a dozen great restaurants and breweries that made it a breeze to relax while our four boys spent the days wakeboarding, tubing, charter fishing, and hanging out a one day at “Roseland” a big water park. At the Lower end of that Lake is a little town, Naples, a quaint little town, absolutely beautiful with a handful of great wineries. We tried Inspire & Heron Hill and both were equally amazing. Mill Creek Cafe in Honeoye, has great coffee and their lunch menu is great! Papa Joes in Honeoye makes a pizza the size of a small car. Bass fishing is awesome at Honeoye and I can’t think of anything nicer to say about the people and pricing for boat rentals at Trident Marine. Our owners were super and easy to reach. The house was overstocked with everything you could need. We will definitely be back and will stay longer.

We had a wonderful time at the house. Beautiful outdoor seating area on the upper deck. Great hot tub facing the lake. Beautiful long deck over the water. Kayak and paddle board free to use on property. We couldn’t take the boat due to bad weather, but the boat is beautiful and big to have all family members and friends in it. The house is very welcoming with a great open floor plan in the main level, with an emphasis on every little detail possible! April was very helpful and responded very quickly. We will definitely go back if we will visit the area next summer.

The cottage was great the property was beautiful with the horses everywhere you look pretty much. The only thing I would suggest is a nice swing facing the horses would have been great for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. overall we loved it and we hope to go again.
