The house was clean and exactly as listed. We had more than enough space for my family. We loved being so close to the beach it was a quick walk away. I was grateful for the community parking area by the beach entrance so I could drive my 73 year old mother to the beach and unload our beach gear. The location is also great for access to all of the shops in Duck or the Walmart. We had a wonderful week!

This beautifully updated oceanside cottage, located in the quiet Poteskeet neighborhood, was the perfect setting for our family to enjoy an extended holiday. Michelle & Joe welcome visitors with an exceptional guest house experience, with comfortable beds, fluffy bath towels, and numerous thoughtful amenities one would find at a boutique hotel. This is not your typical rental, but more like a retreat where you can relax & recharge. The well-equipped kitchen has been renovated with gorgeous granite countertops and blue glass accents, even stocked with coffee, teas, and bottled water in the fridge. We enjoyed morning coffee on the cozy screened in porch, movie nights on their cinematic tv in the living room, and star-gazing from the hot tub to end our day. Thankfully, you can bring your fur babies to enjoy this getaway with you, too! Michelle & Joe were a dream to work with and we plan to return! Super clean, well-appointed and maintained home. Comfy beds, perfect communication with the host, easy .2 mile walk to the beach, as well a short walk to town. We loved our stay and would return in an instant!

Lovely home with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach week. We loved the pool and all the extras in the shed. Great chairs, cart, etc. We will rent it again!!

This house was really nice. Located in a quiet development, very clean. 2 minute walk to pool. 3-5 minute walk to the private beach. We had one very tiny issue which was rectified within a hour of calling property management. Had some ants in the kitchen, they had pest control out immediately. All of the decks had good views. The hot tub was amazing. Only thing mot giving a 10 out of 10 is that the beds weren’t great. Very hard

This home is very clean, easy walk to the beach and downtown Duck. We left the car at the house and walked everywhere. A bunch of places to eat nearby or just go to Wee Winks or another market and cook at home. Great experience! Our family of 5 will stay here again if we come back to the OBX.

Property was close to everything! Easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Communication was easy. Best of all my dog loved it! House was very roomy and open, perfect for a large family! Would rent again when we come back. Oh and the sunsets!!!
