Topsail Beach pet-friendly rentals

House was very clean, well stocked, and was an easy walk to the beach. We appreciated the gates on the decks and the deck furniture was comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 8 nights at Gemini Dream and loved our entire time there. The amenities of the community were great, the house was clean and well maintained, and everything about the stay was easy. The separate ice maker was icing on the cake!

Owners were very responsive and everything was very clean and in good working order. We had a fantastic view of the sound and could still see the ocean as well. The walk to the beach access was maybe 2 blocks at most. We used 3 of the bedrooms out of 4 and all mattresses were comfortable (we didn't use the bedroom with twin bunk and third bed). We brought both our dogs which was nice, they loved their beach walks. Would stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay the only problem was our renter hadnt been clean before we arrived and we wasnt notified of it before our arrival and had nothing said to us when we arrived

We loved this house - it was great for our family of five with a designated “kids wing” of the house for sleeping/bathroom. The best part was the porch - shady, giant table, comfy furniture. We loved the flat yard and beach. The neighbors encroach the water a bit too much which limited our fishing and swimming and we wished there was a dock but all in all the location is perfect for walking to food and fun. Love that it’s pet friendly, and close to the sand bar.

Sunray Cottage is great! It is oceanfront. Beautiful views. Very peaceful. Quiet beach. The home had everything we needed to make us very comfortable. It was very accommodating for our family. We really enjoyed staying there.

This house was great! 2 blocks from the beach access. Very well equipped kitchen (which is important because we cook all our meals). Great beds, great outside shower. Quiet. We recommend it!
