Wonderful getaway location for a beach trip. The house has everything you need and is a short walk from the beach. The outdoor shower and screened in porch are both very welcome accommodations. My small family of 4 had a lovely time at this home. I can't say enough about how wonderful the hosts are. They are so thoughtful with the little touches, the decorations are awesome, and you can really feel the care they've put into making this house into a place to fully unwind. This was the first time we've ever stayed at a beach house and felt like we were at home. It was honestly difficult to leave and we cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay for 2 people. Just enough space. Communication with the host is excellent. Love the fact u can walk to the beach. A quite and nice area. Close to other attractions and grocery stores

This ia a cute house. The sq ft of the home sounds small but the layout makes it feel big. The home was verry clean. The owners were great. The only problem was I have a samll dog that went nuts with the cars and motorcycles making loud noises. The waterfront thou great for eatting and music attracted people noisy vehicles.

A clean small room and modern appliances bed was comfortable. Short walk to beach not much traffic. The only down fall is parking. Very tight for trucks and suvs. Would stay again.

We had 5 adults in our party, one who required no stairs. This property was perfect. We were there for 2 nights, Friday-Sunday morning with a memorial service Saturday, which made for limited time at the house but it was perfect for our needs. The host has a notebook with all kinds of activity suggestions and there are beach towels, chairs, toys, books, & games for use. The full sized kitchen was well appointed with a small coffee maker & filters, toaster and all the utensils you’d need to make meals. Grocery store about a mile away. Nice fenced in backyard. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with the condo we rented. It was very roomy and clean and had all the items we needed. It is a great location for us as we love North Myrtle, Crescent Beach and Cherry Grove. It is very convenient to all and a quiet section. We will definitely stay here again. Communication with owner was very easy too.

Our stay was great! Myself, boyfriend and 12 year old lab, Zeke, stayed at Loni’s and loved it. This was a spur of the moment trip and worth every second! The short walk to the beach was very convenient. Zeke celebrated his 12th birthday during the trip and it was his first time seeing the ocean. Everything about the house was nice and clean. We especially loved the king size bed downstairs, it was very comfortable. The backyard area was perfect to relax for us and Zeke in the evenings. One of my favorite parts about Loni’s place was a guidebook she offers upon rental. Everything that you need and want to know was available in the guidebook. We took her up on some of the restaurant and shop recommendations. The Sneaky Beagle was a cute dog-friendly restaurant less than 30 mins away. They also have a dog friendly menu just the doggos! I look forward to staying at Loni’s place again, everything was TOP NOTCH!
