Quepos rentals with pool

The house and property are paradise. Relaxing in the beautiful pool while troops of howlers, capuchins, and squirrel monkeys pass by is the ultimate immersion into the beauty that is CR. We also spotted sloths (one with a baby!), agoutis, an anteater, iguanas, cane toads, Motmots and other beautiful birds right from Jungle Roost. We had so much time to really observe the animals in their natural habitat over several days. We heard Scarlett macaws and yellow throated toucans from the property and had a chance to see them up close at the top of the hill (near the red door entrance up top).Ismael is the epitome of a gracious host. He was so welcoming and gave us some wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations. He was always quickly responsive to any questions we had. Jungle Roost is conveniently located within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenir shops.The beach (Playa Espadilla) was about a 10 minute walk down the hill (1/2 mile). The waves were perfect for our 13 year old and 11 year old twins. Fun bodysurfing location and a simply gorgeous view. We rented a car (4x4 is the way to go in this area) and were close enough to many attractions that were within 1/2-1 hour drive (Nauyaca Falls, Uvita, Rainmaker, Manuel Antonio Park, Kids Saving the Rainforest)We had such a lovely week all around.Overall, Jungle Roost was the perfect place for a family getaway. Amazing setting, great location, and a warm, attentive host. Can't wait to return!

Staff was great. Even greeted me at 1:30 am. Clean accomodations with everything a single peraon or couple would need. Heidy was awesome at booking tours and outtings. Staff very friendly and the wildlive always fun to watch. I'll be back. to

This lodging is fantastic. The place is has beautiful décor, comfortable beds, very clean and the best property manager you can imagine. He really goes out of his way to help with any needs you many have. He even came and helped change a tire when we blew out our tire on a car rental. His name is Carlos and I don't know what we would have done without him. If you want groceries delivered to the house, he will also do that. Since a grocery store is quit a ways away, this can be very helpful. The pool is wonderful and has a bar and bbq. In the mornings and afternoons we had monkey frequent the property. Also, iguanas and even a sloth climbed down a tree one evening. I the only thing I would recommend is having a 4 wheel drive vehicle because the driveway is very steep and if is rains is can be slippery, Our SUV Mitsubishi rental would not make the climb , and we had to park below. But I would not let this discourage you, The place will be a highlight of your trip and so will Carlos. I liked that Carlos met us and led us to the property and explained all the lights, remote controls, security system etc. The experience you will have at this property will be a highlight of your trip.

Wonderful accommodations and concierge service! We were mesmerized sitting by the infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Maria, our concierge, was very helpful, kind and responsive. She was always ready to support us and guide us in choosing activities or catching a cab. If you get a car, it has to be 4x4. The driveway from the main road is steep and has sharp corners. This was the second time we have stayed here and want to come back. We highly recommend staying here!

We loved everything about this place! The location was beautiful and every bedroom has an ocean view. The maid came in everyday and even washed our clothes! Mauricio was available 24/7 to answer questions, book tours or to summon a taxi. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

Great little place for a great price. Everything was in working order and was clean. Probably the best part for what we were interested in was the easy access to some great restaurants (literally 5 minutes for some of the best), M. Antonio being about 10 minutes

Perfection is the only word to describe Casa Bella Vista! Kimberly made everything simple - both in terms of pre-arrival communication/booking & making/changing plans once we arrived. She was incredibly responsive & made us feel like we were her only priority. Patricia kept the house beautiful & clean, and it was wonderful to have laundry services available! Rodrigo (who stays in staff quarters in the house) maintains the grounds beautifully & came to get us when there were cool animals to see - he also made sure everything was locked up soundly after we retired for the night. The house itself is exactly as advertised. The pool is large & the view from it breathtaking - we spent every afternoon (& sometimes all day!) floating, laughing & just enjoying disconnecting from "normal" life. The bedrooms are all spacious & lovely - the air conditioning in each felt great after a day in the sun. The kitchen was well appointed & the common areas were comfortable for our party of 8. AND THE ANIMALS! Monkeys, sloths, iguanas...Casa Bella Vista has them all! We loved when the monkeys would come to visit & just swing through our patios & the pool area - such a unique experience! Kimberly arranged great activities for us - zip lining, white water rafting, hiking Manual Antonio, in-home spa services, Chef Javier for dinner twice & Andres for an afternoon splash party three times! Would highly recommend all. We cannot wait to return & are already looking at 2025 dates!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice, clean, and helpful host. The pool was a great place to chill at the end of the day. We arranged a tour of Manuel Antonio Park. Pick up at the house. Others picked up at other locations. We were dropped right at the park with our guide. Our group was about eight people. The guide was great! Highly recommended. The is a grocery store and restaurants a short walk from the house. Great stay!
