Waterfront rentals with pool

We all loved the rental. We would stay at it again but will not because of the whole check in process of the Rental Management Co. I had to submit a copy of a Gov ID, a Selfie, a copy of the front of the credit card and a copy of the card showing the last 4 digits. No problem. Seemed reasonable in todays fraud laden society. I received a email in the morning of the check-in asking to resend the picture of the last 4 digits so I sent it. Never head back. Each time I tried to check in online it stated that it was too early to do so. So we were parked on Ocean Drive during rush hour without the ability to check in. Long story short I called them and they said they never received the resent picture. I had to text the another picture and they finally allowed me to check in. The instructions were convoluted, hard to understand with one of the instructions telling us we 2 minutes to enter the building before the elevator would shut off for us. Other issues in regards to the check in like 1 fob that locks the door and allows use of the elevator instead of 2 promised. The next day we had to help a family from Ohio who were stuck at the parking garage gate as they had no access. I help them get in and escort them to the front lobby for help. The attendant is there for the residents and not the rental customers but did what she could to help them. She said this is common with the Management Co and have said they have been told to make their instructions easier.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great area. We walked to the event we were attending and it was nice to just leave the car in the garage and go. Property was cozy, felt very safe and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Balcony view was great. That being said we had a hot water issue during our stay which we did communicate to the property manager who are very quick to reply and communicate but it was not fixed. They said they contacted maintenance but nothing was ever done. The water in what is supposed to be the master is not hot, in fact it's only just barely warm. Might feel great on a hot 90 degree day but not when the high temperature is 69 outside and you've been out all day long and just want a hot shower. The hall shower and kitchen had hot water. We finally realized the water temperature is adjusted down in there so kids won't get burned because instead of being a master they have put two beds in that room, I assume to accommodate more people. We take pretty hot showers and it was not pleasant. Upon working out what was going on we showered in the hallway bathroom which was an inconvenience but if you want hot showers there's no choice. It would have been nice to be told at the start of our stay that the water setting in there was set to be colder. Instead we were left to think that maintenance was notified and under the impression that it would be fixed at some point but it was not. We were there 3 nights. Other than the water issue the property is great and we would possibly stay here again. Easy access, great location, nice views!

Our family was very comfortable and unit had all the amenities you need for a great stay! It was very close to the Long Beach arena and pike outlets.
