Downtown Denver rentals with pool

We housed some high profile clients at Susan’s property and it delivered! If you’re looking for a high end, safe and classy spot to house the important people in your life… this is it!

We stayed in this unit for 5 weeks while working next door at the Denver Performing Arts Center. The space is bright and spacious and looks even better in person than the photos. The entire place was very clean, the parking spot was convenient, the bed was comfortable, nice quality bath towels, and the kitchen was nicely equipped and well maintained. I hope we're lucky enough to stay here the next time we're in town.

Perfect location for my son's summer internship. Easy access to the city as well as out of town excusions. The place was clean and well equipped. It had everything they needed for the 10 weeks in Denver. Great communication with the owner as well. Thnak you!

I stayed here for the summer for my 10 week internship. I love the building and the condo. Only complaint is that I had moths in the condo the whole time and the roads around the building were under construction which made it difficult for me to catch the bus.

Chris was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. I had no issues during my stay. The condo was exactly like the pictures. Great stay.

If you want to be in the center of activity, this is the place for you! It has shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and more right at your finger tips.

This is a great 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of open space for working or relaxing. Fantastic host who was very accommodating and easy to reach. The building has top-notch amenities and is in an excellent location. The apartment is very quiet. As long as the unit is available, I will stay here again for my next visit to Denver.
