Breckenridge rentals with pool

I visit in Breckenridge every winter and this property is the best for skiing

Location location location! The patio on the creek was very relaxing. We stay at many rentals and this one was one of the most thoughtfully stocked with extras.

I highly recommend this condo in Breckenridge. You can't beat the location. It is right on Main Street near all the shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive. The check-in and parking situation was fast and convenient. The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished, while being stocked with everything you could need. The hot tub and pool on the property were nice amenities. There was a portable a/c unit that worked out great in the summer. There is so much to do in the area. We enjoyed hiking and renting e-bikes. It was so nice to have such a lovely home to return to after exploring.

The property was perfectly situated as a ski-in/ski-out on the 4 o’clock trail. It was spacious, well designed for the family, and matched all of the details in the listing. The only minor issue was that the fireplace did not work, but that’s immaterial all things considered. Thanks to the owners and property managers, everything was seamless.

We stayed for four days three nights to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday with a Breckenridge trip. Suzanne and Jim were so accommodating and answered quickly whenever we needed anything. They also came to help us work the shower too haha. The property was very clean and had everything we needed (towels in the bathroom, extra blankets, fans, and a fully stocked kitchen with spices). We had a great time and slept wonderfully! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi! As four ladies staying alone we did wish there was a curtain on the front door window as we felt a bit uncomfortable walking around with that long window and felt it wasn’t very private. Also we couldn’t work the dish/tv (said we needed a smart card) but we enjoyed the dvds placed there!! Also, for those that want to stay here, you’ll absolutely love it however it is up three flights of stairs and the pool is about a 7-10 minute walk. For the short people looking for the parking passes, they’re on top of the wooden shelf on the left (they’re a bit hidden). The board games were a fun touch and we had a blast playing them at night. The studio at Peak 9 Inn was amazing. Awesome location, clean and fully stocked. Nick was great to work with. We would definitely stay again!

Great condo for a family with teenagers. The murphy bed was definitely a plus so the teens didn't have to share the sleeper sofa. And great location!
