St. Augustine Beach rentals with pool

Everything is provided to make you feel at home during your stay from basic necessities to blankets to use on the couch, puzzles if it rains, & all the beach gear needed for a fun day. Great location, secure, and very clean. Property mgr/owner communication was excellent! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very nicely furnished & it’s obvious the owner has put great effort into nice, comfortable furnishings. This property had everything that was needed during our stay. The property owner was very responsive!

Wonderful stay at the “Life is Good” condo. Great location. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds. Great beach just steps away. The hosts, Christina and Steve, were promptly responsive to all of my messages.

Very tidy property— great fit for our family stay!

Great place for us to stay. We had two small dogs with us and it worked out well. Owner is very nice (lives across the street)…. The only complaint we had was that the grass (St. Augustine) was very high for our two little dogs. It is really thick and they would almost get lost in it. Grass was being cut as we left.

While visiting family and friends, this villa was the perfect location for our little family! This condo had everything that we could ever ask for in a vacation rental. It was fully equipped with anything that we needed and offered easy access to both the pool and the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. We anticipate a return visit in the future, we can’t wait to come back to this villa!
