Village of Sugar Beach rentals with pool

Great home with everything you need. Plenty of room for large family. Close to beach, golfcart a plus! Hosts were amazing!

We were thrilled with this location! We were a bit hesitant to be on the second floor, but it was a quick walk to the beach and the front door is straight ahead from the stairs. Owners were wonderful to work with! Just an outstanding experience. Looking forward to the next time!

Tide the knot was perfect in every possible way for our family of 7 adults & a 10 month old. The house is very updated & nicely decorated, clean upon our arrival, adequately furnished kitchen with brand new Cafe appliances, comfortable bedding. The pool and pool furniture were top notch and the string lights were a nice touch in the evenings. Having the public beach access & Tom Thumb for ice just a block away was very ideal. The golf cart, 4 bikes, pack n play, high chair, baby float, beach toys, boogie boards, beach cart, beach chairs were all nice perks. Property manager was excellent to deal with, promptly responding to any questions. The only negative and has nothing to do with Tide the Knot was the large amount of private beach areas off the beach access. There are only small sections open to public and we had to go out very early to claim a spot close to the access for our larger group so just be aware of this. We will definitely be back!

Condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable beds. We loved the location - close to Seaside, but beach not quite as crowded. Tip - head down early in the morning to get a front row chair. We would stay here again.

This place is perfect! My partner and I stayed here for a week for a beach vacation. The place is even nicer and more spacious than the photos. Everything was very clean, bed was super comfortable, bathroom very nice, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals (including some nice additions like a blender, handheld electric beaters, etc.). Also FYI the TV is mounted on a swivel stand so it can face the couch or the bed and it also has cable TV, so we enjoyed watching TV in bed on lazy evenings. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance (highly recommend Surfing Deer, Perfect Pig, and Cafe Thirty A), plus a bike rental shop right next door. We had fun biking to seaside for brunch and even biked all the way to Rosemary Beach to explore for the day. We also biked to the nearby Publix for groceries since we didn’t rent a car. The beach entrance is right across the street from the condo building and the unit comes with three beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and some beach toys for kids. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again!

We found the condo very accommodating for our family of 4! . The ground level condo made it easy to load and unload the car as well as access the heated pool and walk down to the beach. We found the ground floor level was a game changer, no elevator or luggage cart!!! There was a grassy area that extended the beach side patio and we spent time out there for coffee and relaxing. The heated pool is 30 feet away from the patio and just beyond are the steps down to the beautiful beach. We were in and out of the condo all day long as we enjoyed the pool and beach. The inside of the condo is updated and the beds are comfortable. and the living room furniture is clean and nice. Much better than other condos we have visited at the beach . We really had a great time. I highly recommend this condo. Nathan the owner was very responsive to any questions/ issues that arose. We hope to be back!
