The property is as described, & the booking process was easy. Looking out at the gulf while having my morning coffee was sublime. Didn't spend much time in but it was well supplied with pots, pans, glasses, coffee maker, & fridge. Spacious condo in an upscale community. Amenities are very nice with all you could need on your trip. Condo was clean upon arrival and had extras of towels and sheets which are appreciated on a long stay. Host provided great communication and answered concerns promptly.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and made for a very enjoyable week. The host was fantastic, sending a helpful welcome email with all the information we needed to feel right at home.The complex itself was perfect for our family. The pool, hot tub, and gorgeous grounds were highlights, and we appreciated the gated entrance and visible on-site security, which added to the overall sense of safety. The people in the complex were very friendly, making the experience even more pleasant.A few notes for future guests: While there is a partial ocean view, the main view looking down includes a somewhat unsightly neighboring complex with camper trailers. We didn’t spend much time on the balcony and instead enjoyed meals near the grills, which were excellent. However, the unit could use grilling utensils.If you plan to do laundry, be aware the machines are small and cost 2.75 per load, with a minimum 5.00 load required on the laundry card. Also, we found the unit could benefit from a few extra blankets—it was chilly during our stay. Like many VRBO rentals, supplies were limited; we had to purchase additional trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, as well as sandwich bags.None of these minor inconveniences detracted from our overall experience. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this condo! A solid 5-star rating from us.

This condo was facing the Siesta Key beach and about one mile south of the public beach. The condo itself is very clean and well appointed with everything you can think of! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys. Just bring your suitcase and stop at the grocery and you will be set for a wonderful time. The only drawback is that it is on the second floor (which was stated in the description).

The condo has a hard to beat location. Within a very short walk to Siesta Village. The beach is very nice. The pool is very nice, but it does have adult only hours for two hours every day from either 1-3 pm or 3-5 pm, depending on the time of year. The exterior of the building is undergoing renovations, which was disclosed by the owner beforehand. The renovations were very intrusive and interrupting, but hopefully they will be completed in the future before anyone else stays there. The condo is nicely appointed. We would highly recommend Whisperings Sands, and we would stay at this condo again in the future.
