Koloa rentals with pool

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I while celebrating his birthday. Location was awesome - right across the street from a small beach with excellent snorkeling! Very short drive to several other excellent beaches and hiking locations. The condo was incredibly comfortable for the two of us. Loved the full kitchen for cooking meals in. Parking was very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was our 4th time staying at the house and it was just as lovely as we remember. Clean, well maintained and soooo close to everything.

Really loved this spot. Good for a family of 4 kids are 8,10. Well appointed in terms of all the amenities.owner was easy. Decor was a little dated but not in a bad way, just not a modern spot if that’s more your thing. Clean and comfortable so no complaints!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Kevin was wonderful. Very responsive and friendly. The condo is homey yet beautiful.

Had a great stay! Very nicely done and comfortable unit that's perfectly situated on the property. Great view, close to the beach and the gym access was a definite plus. Deena was super responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We loved everything about this condo. From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by sounds of Hawaii, we felt at home. Sparkly clean and spacious, with everything you need within walking distance. Grab the provided beach chairs and umbrella and head to either Poipu or Shipwreck Beach! Hike the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail that begins at Shipwreck Beach for stunning views. Walk the path through Poipu Kai Resort from Shipwreck Beach (in front of Grand Hyatt) to Brennecke's Beach to watch sea turtles come up for their nighttime rest. Enjoy a relaxing day at the Grand Hyatt pool and lagoon via Resort Pass or simply lounge in the comfy outdoor chairs listening to the sounds of the ocean. All of the amenities in the condo and on the grounds were well cared for and it is obvious Kathy & Bob take great pride in making sure you enjoy your stay. Kathy got right back to us when we reached out and was so helpful. We stayed here for 5 nights in May to celebrate our 35th anniversary and hope to be back for our 40th and beyond!

Best part of the property is the owner, Kevin. He does everything he can to make your stay the best stay ever! Super nice guy, and phenomenally accommodating! He goes the extra mile and then some!!
