Surf City rentals with pool

Property manager was fantastic and responded immediately to all questions. Check in was a breeze. Location of the duplex is definitely the key point! Walking distance to most restaurants, ice cream, pier, supermarket.

The townhouse is the perfect size for a small family. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfy! Walking distance to town, and the private beach access is super convenient. This is our 5th summer vacationing in Topsail, and this was by far the best rental we’ve had. Thank you to the host!

The house was beautifully decorated. It needed some repairs but the rental company was quick to make most repairs.

The location was amazing but those stairs can be tough. The unit was great and felt spacious with the loft. We couldn’t find a cookie sheet for our pizza but that’s really the only thing the kitchen. Don’t have. Everything else was great and the AC worked amazingly!

The listing accuracy is sort of incorrect. For me it was less than 2 minutes to the beach, but maybe I walk faster than most. Clean condo. Well appointed. 1 mile walk up the beach to a couple good restaurants (and bars). Best long weekend I've had in a long time.

Owner was very quick to communicate and keep us posted when anything came up. Would definitely rent again

Unit was clean and well represented in the pictures. Great oceanfront balcony. Laundry facility a little run down. Would stay again without hesitation.
