Find rentals with pool near Broadway

Great stay with a group of 5 ladies in Nashville. Location is good for walking to Germantown and a short Uber ride to Broadway. The apartment had everything we needed, including blow dryers and straighteners. The owner was very communicative and flexible with check in and out times. We were even allowed to store our luggage after check out!

This property truly felt like a home away from home for us during our three-month visit at Vanderbilt. 12 South is a walkable, charming, and fairly quiet neighborhood. We appreciated how quickly the owner responded to our questions, and she really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay.

We stayed for a long weekend for a girls birthday weekend and had a great time! The condo was decorated with Nashville decor and the beds were super comfy. The pool and balcony were nice additions to the place. The owner was easy to contact and answered questions promptly. Easy access to downtown and all that Nashville has to offer.

This VRBO brought us to tears with its incredible hospitality, beauty & its story. The attention to detail in every aspect. The landscaping wi take your breath away! Fresh baked bread,a fully stocked fridge & a bowl of fresh fruit… you can’t beat it! Land sakes alive! You’ll think you’re in heaven. We will be back.

The rental was perfect for us. There were three in our group and we all agreed, we'd come back to this spot again. So much history on Music Row! Minutes from dining, drinks, easy Lyft pick up. If you like to walk - you can walk to just about anywhere, which we did. We contacted Jon thinking we had no hot water, but....living on the 3rd floor in an older music row building turns out it takes some time for the hot to get upstairs, so once it arrives, it's HOT. Bathroom setup is perfect for several to get ready at once. We grocery shopped, took advantage of the kitchen space, enjoyed the parking pass for our rental car, overall this stay was fantastic! Amazing place! Perfect for a weekend getaway. However, our car did get broken into our last night here.

Great location, close enough to walk, not too much to Uber and away from the crowds to not be so loud. The covered parking was the best and the place was comfortable and very clean. We also appreciated the laundry mat and use of App to use and monitor loads. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice home away from home!!!

This property was wonderful! It is a great location with most places nearby. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was a great place for my husband and I to relax and enjoy our first trip to Nashville!
