Port Aransas rentals with pool

This house fit out needs great, and was close to everything we came to do. Easy beach access and very close to local bars and restaurants. Communication was great and the place was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful weekend getaway location and the perfect cottage. Even better than described! We will definitely return and would recommend this little gem to everyone.

We had a great stay over spring break with our two teenagers and a couple of their friends. Brock’s Beach Pad was comfortable and clean! It isn’t a huge place but was perfect for 6 of us on a 5 day stay…spent most of the time at the beach anyway. The kids did enjoy the arcade games in the evenings. It’s a quick walk or ride in a golf cart over the beach access to a nice quiet part of the beach. Head north a couple miles or so and party all you want if that’s your thing…it’s just not ours. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area. .

We really enjoyed this condo. There is more space and sleeping space available than it looks in the pictures which was really nice. The kitchen was stocked with dishes which made it easy to use. It was clean and overall a really great place. We have one complaint that is NOT the property owners issue but I wish we had been warned. The mosquitoes at this resort are absolutely insane. So much so that we probably needed to be made aware of it ahead of time so that we could plan for it. This property very obviously does not spray to combat them and it was worse than any other place we have ever stayed as far as mosquitoes go. If they aren’t going to spray you WILL need to bring plenty of bug spray and a few fighters to spray about an hour or so before you plan to be outside or you will be miserable. I know it sounds like an exaggeration but I assure you it’s not. Never have I ever seen mosquitoes like this. They have a really nice deck that we really weren’t able to use bc no one could stand to be still outside. The only place you were safe from them was inside or UNDER water.

The house was very nice and clean, location was good. Just did not feel like we could enjoy the private pool. No one was out there, it was just the location of the pool, felt like we were being watched from the other house.

Everything anyone could want in a beach house. Host has furnished with everything to make a great vacation stay. House was spotless upon our arrival, ac was on and we were greeted with a welcome cool enviroment on a very hot day. Highly recommend this property!!!
