Costa Rica resort rentals

This property has something for everyone in our family. Stunning views from the deck with comfy rocking chairs and hammock. My son is a bird watcher and saw 2 new “lifers” by simply hanging out on the deck. Resort amenities like an adults only pool / bar area and multiple restaurants within walking distance was appealing to me and my husband. We saw monkeys and a sloth and Scarlett Macaws and more just by walking the trails of Costa Verde. They also had laundry service and parking and more. The AC was so nice, and comfy beds, full pressure shower. Couldn’t ask for more. After staying in more rustic accommodation for birding tours, this was aa luxury retreat for us!

Our group of 18 had an excellent stay the week that encompassed New Year's. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Lani and Matt are responsive and helpful, but not at all intrusive. Would highly recommend for a large group that is looking to have the whole place, like we did. We did the breakfast and dinner package every day, which worked out well from a value perspective (and was tasty and great for socializing), but in retrospect I would have had us eat dinner in town a night or two. Only constructive criticism is that there are lots of people you'll interact with from booking and throughout your stay, and it's hard to keep the rotating cast of characters straight in terms of what they do. But Lani is always available to advise via text and we enjoyed meeting all of the staff.

This was one of our favourite places in all of Costa Rica to stay and I can't recommend it enough. Coltin is a fabulous host who is very responsive and knowledgeable about the local area but also keeps your privacy. The house is stunning and has the best views for sunset and relaxing and it's super convenient for going anywhere in town when you actually can leave the property though it's hard to do! I can't say enough about this place and don't have anything negative to say, which is rare for me as I leave honest reviews. Enjoy!

A group of my friends and I stay here for our own mini retreat! It was perfect, with the big grassy area was nice to have to connect with nature each morning, and to stay above looking at the ocean. Close to town but not in the middle of the business! Beautiful stay, will be back!

They arranged everything for us—from a private chef to booking excursions, organizing transportation, and offering fantastic local recommendations. Meal delivery was a breeze, and the check-in process was as smooth as it gets. The team was also super flexible with check-in and checkout times, making everything feel relaxed and easy. A special shoutout to their in-house emergency medical response team. One of our family members fell ill unexpectedly, and their prompt attention was a huge blessing. Having professional care available on-site truly made all the difference and allowed us to continue enjoying our vacation without unnecessary stress. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of luxury, safety, and exceptional service, this is the place to be in Nosara. Can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The condo was large and had more than enough space for our family of five. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals and then could go out and enjoy the access to the pool, kayaks, and mountain biking through the Beach Club. Julie was an amazing host and probably had the best communication of any owner we’ve ever rented from. The welcome information was really useful, and she was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property if you are staying in the area!
