Quintana Roo resort rentals

I willl start by saying that Angelo is excellent communicator, gave great advice, and made everything very easy. We were happily surprised to find out when we got there that we received an upgraded room as they were working on the Mayan Palace. The sales people are relentless so my advice if you do not want to go to the meeting is don’t answer your phone. Otherwise, the food is great, the staff is kind and super helpful. The resort is beautiful and big. It is easily accessible by trails or by the resort transportation system. Highly recommend this owner and this resort!

We stayed at the Grand Luxxe Jungle. The amenities were as advertised, and the staff was as good or better than any other resort. Very helpful, kind and positive. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pools were well attended to, and all of the restrooms were modern and well maintained. Jungala was also a great experience right on property for water slides and the lazy river.

Where do I even start? The resort itself is beautiful! Very contemporary as I wanted it to be. It had everything I needed. Clean, room service, pools are great. Had all the amenities your looking for. It was better than describe. The balcony view was breathtaking and cozy. Not to mention the staff very friendly and welcoming. The restaurants in were definitely worth experiencing.

Our suite at Mayan Palace was exactly as described. Clean, quite and great location. The owner made everything easy and legit.

We have been coming to this resort for years, and there is nothing like it- gorgeous large pools, stunning setting, delicious food, wonderful service. This suite is spacious and modern. The host is responsive and very helpful.

Very rice resort and the room was beautiful. Property owners were helpful and responded quickly. I would highly recommend!

After having some initial snafus, we got the rental all squared away. Bob, the owner, couldn't have been easier to work with, especially to help clean up an online reservation guffaw. The property is the bomb. My college age children had the time of their lives. The amount of activities, the food, the service, and the cleanliness were as good as I've seen on any of my travel experiences. There was a hiccup, in that the check in procedure didn't give us the platinum wristband, which would've been helpful, however, it didn't prevent us from enjoying this incredible location, and our unit. We will visit again!! Thanks for assisting in making this an awesome and memorable vacation!
