Phoenix resort rentals

We love staying in the Kierland area. The villa fit our needs perfectly

After the 3rd day our keys didn’t work. We went to the front desk and they said they didn’t have us in the system. They got it straightened out. The property is now owned by Hilton Vacation Club. Be prepared to be asked to spend a couple hours touring the property to learn about their program. We refused and there wasn’t to much pressure.

Clean. Everything was as stated. Comfortable bed and furniture. Very nice amenities. Shuttle to Kierland Commons a plus. Grounds maintenance impeccable. Very enjoyable stay.

Great property and location

Excellent property for a Phoenix/Scottsdale stay. Close and convenient to Desert Ridge for food and shopping. Access to JW Marriott was simple and across the parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay here. If you have kids but don’t want to end up lugging back laundry then you’ll be happy to know they have in unit laundry facilities. The kids loved the pool and slide! Great experience!

Property was well maintained and the pool is giant. Sadly, and without warning, the slide ilwas under maintenance the entire week we were there. Bad timing. The kids loved the pool and well appointed property. There were tons of little outside games to play, tennis courts and trails. The room we stayed in was great. Two bedrooms, washer dryer and kitchen. Great time had by all!
