Pensacola Beach resort rentals

Portofino is a turnkey resort with much to do for the entire family. I'm reading by the beach and jet ski. My wife is admiring the ocean view of the Gulf of Mexico. Young adults are active. Safe. Lots of pools and places to hang out in the sun or shade. GREAT HOSTS!

This condo unit was very clean and very well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The owner were just wonderful to work with. They really went beyond duty to make sure our stay was perfect which it was. They recommended great places to eat and they were all wonderful. We ended up going to The Point twice because not only was the food great but it was a fun place to stay and listen the live music. The beach is right there, and we met new friends everyday.We will be back for sure.

The condo was clean, was equipped with all the needed items. Fantastic view of the sound and sunsets! The resort, and staff, was great. The reason for my lower stars is the property manager did not inform us that during the week of our stay a church group was going to be holding their retreat. On Monday morning we found out that over 3,000 teenagers would be at the resort. For 4 days from 12:30-4:00 the kids had free time. Every pool, every amenity, and the beach was overrun with teenagers! We were not able to use the adventure package we paid $1,000 for (resort management did refund our money and was quite sympathetic). When I reached out to Jonathan he informed me he had NO idea this was going to occur. I found out differently. This retreat was in its 11th year (this year was the largest), and every property management, as well as owners were notified on 4 different occasions so they could inform their guests. The owners were also invited to a breakfast held by the church to discuss plans for the five days. I just wish we had been told about the retreat so we could have made an informed decision. Other than that, Jonathan’s communications was immediate . We will be back to the resort but will definitely check with resort management to make sure we don’t arrive during the church retreat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with expansive gulf view right on edge of the National Seashore. Easy walking the beach and close to town. Easy check-in with enclosed parking and numerous heated pools. My only complaint is that I could not get anyone to fix one of our TVs that was not working - But this was an amazing experience.

When we arrived, Portifino had no record of our accommodations. This was quickly rectified but not by the property however, upon being given entrance our unit was a disgusting mess. We had just driven seven hours and had no place to stay. The only way Portifino helped was by giving us contact numbers they had on file for vrbo and a “ good luck”. We looked into getting our cleaning service ourselves asked Portifino to send a cleaning crew but they could/ would not. Finally, after a back and forth between Portifino and vrbo.....vrbo was able to help. The unit was then made spotless for our stay. Portifino was for the most part a pleasant stay , and if we return I would rent through one directly through their site.
