The property is as described, & the booking process was easy. Looking out at the gulf while having my morning coffee was sublime. Didn't spend much time in but it was well supplied with pots, pans, glasses, coffee maker, & fridge. The staff is amazing. This is our new fav spot in Siesta Key. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach bags at no additional cost. The place is located at beach marker 10 and a very short walk to the beach. Rooms are immaculate. The grounds are pristine. We will definitely be coming back.

Great stay! Had all the amenities we needed! Great location! Parked the car the whole time and walked to the beach and restaurants! Look forward to staying again or trying out another one of your properties! Staff is wonderful!

Adam was a great host , highly recommend !!! He replied withthin a minute ! Super friendly ! And the location was perfect , so clean and close enough town with privacy. The condo was decorated beautifully but welcoming and homey feel. Very clean too !

Lana chose the Ringling Beach House for the location and the reviews. Wow! What a wonderful place. Roberto welcomed us as we were getting out of the car. Super nice guy. Gracie Mille!! Located across the street from public access to the #1 beach in America! Perfect! He even has a wagon for each condo with chairs and umbrella. The condo was amazing. The Clown condo was spacious and clean, no issues. Full kitchen with everything you need is a plus, even a great ice maker. If you want to sit in the beach house pool after a hot day at the beach, you and the kids will enjoy it. Nice! Night life at the Village was a good time. 10 min walk to the right as you leave the beach house. 10 minutes to the left, you can enjoy a large drum group on Sunday evenings. Highly recommend!
