Winter Park ski-in/ski-out rentals

Great service and great location for an excellent price.

501 Red Quill Way is an outstanding property in Winter Park, CO for large groups of family or friends. Our group of 11 had a great time in this spacious condo. With 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bunk room downstairs we had plenty of room to sleep everyone comfortably. The kitchen and dining/living room are on a split level which created extra spaces for hanging out. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you’d need to cook just about anything. The garage is great for parking inside and for storing ski gear. They even had boot warmers. The hot tub was a big hit with the frigid winter weather. The condo is located less than a 2 minute walk from the Rosie’s Way shuttle stop to and from the Winter Park resort for skiing. Lots of restaurants and shops also located within a very short walk. The only time we really used our vehicle was to go to the grocery store. Dawn and Brett are outstanding hosts! Quick responses, lots of great information on the condo and the town. We will be back!

The property looked exactly like it did online. Everything within the property was up to date and we loved the automatic curtains. The view was nice from all windows. There was barely any traffic in the area which made it nice getting around town.

Communication leading up to our arrival, check in was seamless was great and the condo was clean and had a great location. Unfortunately the day we arrived WP (and all Colorado ski resorts) announced that they were closing due to COVID-19. Alicia was quick to reach out to make sure we were aware and stayed in communication with us through our very short stay as we chose to head home. We enjoyed the condo and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
