Asheville ski-in/ski-out rentals

This apartment was perfectly located in downtown Asheville within walking distance to amazing restaurants and shopping! It was also in close driving distance to great hiking as well as The Biltmore Estate. We truly enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here and this was a fantastic landing place. Everything you need for your stay is provided, the building is secure and quiet and although you can hear the nightlife outside, the sound machine in the bedroom drowns it out when you are ready to sleep! The communication with the owners was clear and prompt. We would love to visit again soon!

I almost don't want to tell you how great this place is because I don't want to find it booked up for when we next come to AVL!! ;-) Spacious, clean, great location, pet friendly- and just as adorable in person as the pictures suggest....thank you for a great stay! We will be back!

Property was in great location to Biltmore. Was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

The hostess, Mary, was warm and inviting. She gave us a quick orientation on the property and provided us with excellent customer service - from recommending local places to eat to making sure we had whatever we needed. She even went out of her way to print documents we needed in a timely manner that came to us via email. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed spending our evenings on our private patio. This is a perfect location for a couple! Be advised there is no TV, but we didn't need one! If you have a stay in Ashville, we HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is so much better than a hotel!!! 5 stars all the way.

If you’re looking at visiting Asheville, this is the perfect place to stay for two people! The location was near a number of things to do, eat, and see. It only took us about 10 minutes to get to downtown which we visited often. We ran into Uy outside a couple of times during our stay and he was incredibly kind. No invasion of privacy from the host and the spot was great. Everything that we needed was there including extras such as robes, streaming services on the TV, and reading material about the area. I would recommend this property to anyone!

The rose room was a perfect get away in the mountains! We really enjoyed our stay. Every night and every morning we turned on the fireplace and enjoyed a cup of tea or coffee. The bed is a sleep number so that was an extra plus! Absolutely loved the environment of the property and have already told our friends about it. Hopefully we will stop again when we’re passing through Asheville.

Perfect location with easy access to downtown AVL. Lisa was great with communication and has a beautiful place to stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re interested in visiting Asheville!!
