  • Perfect

"My wife and I stayed at Sandy's apartment in Palermo for 5 weeks. Our goal was to live in a local neighborhood and enjoy the lifestyle. The apartment was great. It had everything we needed. Many places we stay at have a bare minimum of silverware, dishes, bedding etc but this place was really well stocked. Internet Wifi was high quality. There was just plenty of space there for 2 people to really feel at home. We like to walk and were able to get to many locations by foot. If you prefer, it's 2 blocks from the Subte (metro) and there are buses galore (if you can work out the system!), plus taxis. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. In 5 weeks there were only a couple we went to more than once, such was the choice. Working with Sandy was easy and he gave of lots of local guidelines. His manager there, Marina, was fantastic too. I I were going back to Buenos Aires (which I'd love to do) I would have no hesitation staying there again."

  • Paradise in Palermo Soho

"Look no further, this is the place to stay! When I initially found this property, I loved the photos and description but was a little concerned about the few (albeit excellent) traveler reviews. Despite my initial concerns, my family and friends rented the property during our recent stay in Buenos Aires. I am happy to report the description of this property as being "very special" is spot on and no exaggeration. Casa Gorriti is truly a jewel hidden behind a pair of modest front doors. As soon as our group of 7 arrived at Casa Gorriti and stepped inside, we fell in love with this house. The property is beautiful! It has 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite full bathroom and plenty of closet space. There are also 2 half bathrooms, one located on the ground floor and the other located by the outdoor swimming pool. The house is tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable, warm and relaxing environment. Everything is high quality, and the house is meticulously clean. The small, heated outdoor pool and terraces are great places to relax at the start or end of the day. The location of Casa Gorriti is perfect and exactly what we hoped for. It is located in upscale Palermo Soho, where restaurants, bakeries, and boutiques are everywhere, and the neighborhood is well kept. A small market is located a mere 2-3 blocks away, and larger supermarkets are only a mere 10-15 minute walk. Taxis are easy to find, if needed, and there are plenty of places to walk and explore. The property is also managed by excellent staff who rivals any concierge team in a five star hotel. Both Martin, the property manager, and Juan, are consumate professionals who provide outstanding concierge service for their guests. Nothing was a problem for them. We needed private airport transportation for our group of 7, and my 7 friends staying at a nearby rental property, also managed by Martin and Juan. Not a problem, Juan arranged it all. We wanted to do a city tour with our large group of friends also staying in BA. Juan referred us to Maria Corbalan of Bespoke Tours, and Maria flawlessly took care of our group of 32 people. My family and friends wanted to have a private dinner of Argentinean BBQ cooked at one of the rental properties. Martin & Juan referred us to private chef, Augustina Gotelli, who prepared an amazing dinner on very short notice for 28 people. This property and its staff provide the complete package. Something truly special and not to be missed!"

  • Highly recommended

"My boyfriend and I absolutely adored this apartment. This was our first time to Buenos Aires and our friends recommended to rent an apartment. We did a lot of research online before booking and loved the photos of this apartment. The apartment is exactly as advertised and Mike was extremely responsive. We easily booked the property and paid with our credit card. It couldn't have been easier. Mike arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport which was very convenient. The driver met us outside of the customs area with a sign with our name on it. He brought us directly to the apartment. He called the check-in agent once we were on our way so they knew what time to expect us. There was an english speaking checkin person that checked us in and showed us everything. The apartment is set up extremely well and the bed was super comfortable. Our friend staying in Buenos Aires at the same time rented an apartment a few blocks away and her electricity went out one night so she slept on our sofa bed. She raved that it was more comfortable than the mattress in the apartment she rented. The only issue we had was the blender in the kitchen didn't work. We emailed Mike and he had someone bring over a new one the very same day we emailed him. We would highly recommend this apartment to any tourist coming to Buenos Aires. The location and apartment were perfect. Kate and Lonnie"

  • Perfect apartment!!

"The is an amazing apartment. Bedroom suite on one side, kitchen and cozy living room on the other. Nice outdoor balcony. Modern furnishings, felt like we were living it up. Great for a couple looking to get away in Buenos Aires. The location is absolutely perfect, loved being near the park for morning runs and the park is closed to cars on weekends making it a fun haven. We walked everywhere (restaurants, shopping, musesums) and the metro is only a few short blocks. Leave room in your suitcase for shoe shopping. Juan is a great host, checking in and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do bases on our personal interests."
