  • great apartment in BA

"Our family spent over 2 weeks in this apartment and found it very comfortable. Having and upstairs and downstairs area was ideal. The bathrooms were super clean, hot water was excellent, lots of light throughout and the upstairs balcony was nice for alfresco dining. Internet worked well, well stocked with kitchen supplies and travel books! We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Anything that needed repairing was attended too promptly. Location is close to the sub-te (metro) as well as to the domestic airport, parks, tons of grocery stores, restaurants etc. We gained a few pounds eating pastries from Boulan daily (across the street). Very much recommend."

  • You still can’t do better than this apartment!

"I cannot recommend this apartment enough. If you stay here, you will be pleased. I stayed here in 2014 for four months and I loved it. Of the three apartments that I have lived in here in Buenos Aires, this is the best. I returned again in October of 2015 and I am about to conclude a seven month stay. Again, I have nothing but positive things to say. I have a few minor amendments to my previous review (please see the review posted on October 13, 2014): -Security- Instead of a part time security guard in the evenings, the lobby is now monitored 24 hours a day via an audio/video link. As you walk into the building, there is a screen displaying the individual who is monitoring the lobby from a remote location. They actually pay attention! Occasionally, they will verbally greet you via a speaker as you enter and exit the building. -Television/WiFi/Telephone All pretty much the same as before. Sometimes, the internet goes out, but this is no fault of the landlord. It’s just life in Buenos Aires. Still, generally, there is no problem streaming Netflix or YouTube. Regarding my previous comment about the telephone jacks, I was incorrect. If you bring your own telephone down here, the jacks are identical to those in the United States. -Furnishings- The same as before, however… 1) The towels seem a bit softer this time, and 2) they have replaced the curtains in the living room. -Neighborhood- It continues to be a tranquil block in a quiet party of Palermo while still being convenient to many of the trendy spots. As I stated in my previous review, I would gladly stay here again!"
