  • Nice Place, easy check in

"We had to move properties last minute, and the place was slightly off ideal. Regardless the customer service was good and property nice (was not this property listed)."

  • Cute apartment and Great location!

"Cute one bedroom apartment with small living room, bathroom ( shower needs to be upgraded but is pretty decent and has hot water) kitchen with stove, refrigerator and basic small appliances like blender and rice cooker. The kitchen did have a funny smell so I kept the door closed most of the time. Underground security parking included. Bring your adapter because the microwave in the kitchen doesn't plug into the wall. Same goes for the hair dryer in the bathroom. ( but it was nice to have one available) Nice size closet with lots of hangers and place to put your suitcases. Dresser with 5 large drawers but also had a funny smell that I got used to. The owner can arrange for her driver Carlos to pick you up at the airport for 45 soles ($15). He was very nice. There is great WIFI and a telephone to call locally. Nice view of the freeway. Pool was closed because it is winter time. If you have children, there is a small park behind the building with a climbing structure but no swings. They also have 2 small rooms for children that look like a preschool room. You can have your laundry done in a day downstairs at the bottom of building B for $14 soles ($5) per bag. Gym is sub standard and I did not use. Old weights and no cardio equipment. There is a very nice gym 2 blocks away but unfortunately they don't allow "pay by the day" even though they did allow me to use it a few times for 20 soles per day. Markets are all very close which is great if you like to cook.TOTTUS is the closest. It's small so if you need more options go to Vivanda or Metro on Benavides. Wong is the biggest and has a nice selection of evetything and is near Parque Kennedy. ( 10 minute walk) There are three really good restaurants one block away. San Antonio has great salads and sandwiches. Very fresh and healthy. TANTA is a fabulous more upscale restaurant by Gaston Acurio right across the street. Right next to TOTTUS, is a great Chifa ( Peruvian Chinese) restaurant called MADAM TUSAD. The location of this apartment is the best. You can walk to the Larcomar in 10 minutes. You can walk to the artesanias ( shops to get Peruvian knick knacks, jewelry etc) in about 15 minutes. The office is located in the next building on the 13th floor so if you need more towels or something, you can call them or walk over. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for me and I already have booked again to return in February."

  • Great stay in Miraflores!!!

"Great location. Supermarkets 5 blocks away from building. I'd recommend that you bring your own toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival. Otherwise very comfy apartment ideal for 4 or 5 people. Yenny is a very nice host. Thank you Dave we hope to comeback really soon."

  • Great Apartment!

"Ariana is an amazing host. She helped us a lot when we missed our flight and had to go back to the apartment. She was very responsive and very caring. The apartment is super comfortable, the location is perfect, close to the beach, parks, dog park, restaurants, theaters, supermarkets, etc... I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to spend a few days in Lima."
