Burbank townhouse rentals

We had an overall great stay in Burbank, California. The property how to mince these such as shampoo, soap, dish, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent, that we were not expected to have, which was a pleasant surprise, it was conveniently located to the highways and attractions and restaurants. Parking was on the street and easy to reach. (word to the wise, be sure to read the parking zone signs on the street ;). Art the owner was always timely in his response to our communication and questions.

This home worked well for our family of 4. The home has been nicely remodeled and is very clean. The beds are very comfortable and can accomidate up to 6 people easily. Had everything we needed for our 9 night stay in the Los Angeles area. Not only is this home located so you can easily reach Hollywood, Pasadena and downtown, it has great city views, day and night. We were able to take scenic walks in the neighborhood and up into the mountain by the home. What we liked most was the ability to see wild life from the back yard - Deer (8 and 10 point bucks!!!), Cayote, California quail, raccoons, and many different types of birds. Highly recommend this home. Only disappointment was the home was listed with a hot tub and after booking, learned there was not one. We see the listing has been updated, but we were looking for a place with pool or hot tub and believe we paid more for this feature.

Staying at Chateau chi chi was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about my experience was top-notch. The property itself was beautiful and had a cozy atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and created a warm and inviting ambiance. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the standout features was the convenient parking. Finding a parking spot was a breeze, allowing me to easily come and go without any hassle. Moreover, the location of the property was excellent. It was situated close to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, making it convenient for dining out and enjoying a nice cup of coffee. Throughout my stay, the host and their team were incredibly hospitable and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend chateau chi chi to anyone looking for a memorable vacation rental experience. With its beautiful decor, convenient parking, and proximity to restaurants and coffee shops, it offers everything you need for a wonderful stay!
