Boulder townhouse rentals

The house has everything you need with nice, clean and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with dish and cookware. The yard is spacious and private. The neighborhood is wonderful for taking walks. We were very comfortable and happy staying at this property. Communication with the local representative was also very pleasant. Definitely recommend this property for long term stays in Boulder.

Kathy's place is in a beautiful Boulder neighborhood within walking distance to both hiking trails and cute restaurants near the university. The campus, downtown Boulder and Pearl Street are a short drive away. The place is very clean and comfortable with the space we needed for our family. It should be noted that the kitchen does not have a stove or oven but a microwave and mini-fridge if that matters to you.

The townhome is like new as the pictures show. The walk to Pearl St was easy enough. Extremely comfortable sheets, pillows beds and robes! Highly recommend this place and host. Thanks for the memories! Stacy Turner

We had a wonderful time staying at Erin's rental! The home felt open and spacious, with a lovely little deck and backyard, and was very quiet. The bookshelves are full of reading options if you just feel like hanging around. If you love to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, and the cooktop heats quickly. Erin was very accommodating. You only needed to text her with your questions. She also dropped off a few supplies that she thought we would need. I highly recommend staying in her home! I know I will the next time I come to Boulder. Thanks Erin!

The apartment is convenient to most of Boulder’s many attractions. It was clean and well furnished. Local hiking trails just a quick walk away. Town was also just a half mile or so walk.
