Bethany Marina townhouse rentals

Our group of seven had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this well kept oasis on the bay. Everything was as advertised: panoramic bay views, an abundance of beach supplies, comfortable accommodations, easy access to the beach and a stocked kitchen. We made regular use of the patios for meals and two kayaks for morning and sunset outings. Highly recommend this place!!!

The property was great for what we needed. We were able to bring our 27ft pilot house with us and dock close to the house for easy use. We were also able to launch from the boat ramp there at high tide without issues. No driving to a marina every day! The beds were comfortable the house was clean and nicely decorated with a fully equipped kitchen The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had no problems during our stay but the owner was very responsive and easy to reach with any questions.

There were a few minor issues but the property manager was excellent and came and took care of most things quickly. There is king, queen and three twins which is not clear on listing. There were some cleaning company issues that hopefully will be resolved now that the manager is aware.

The place was clean and had everything to make the week stress free. We had an opportunity to go crabbing in the bay with the pots provided by the owner. Location is only a short drive from anything you would need or want to do. The only negative is you must pay to park when going to the beach. Every beach access requires you to pay.
