The host was great at communicating and easy to reach for any questions. House was ready and clean when we checked in. We thoroughly enjoyed the back deck area sitting in the sunny weather! The house itself is uniquely decorated and great attention to detail. I would rent this house again if we are in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

My wife and I had a great stay at this property. The studio apartment was recently renovated with all new furnishings. The unit was clean and the space large enough for 2 people to be very comfortable. The studio is directly located on the Sebring circle in the historic district and within several eateries for lunch or dinner, and parking is available at no cost. We met our host Gus who communicated very well and he was able to get us to check in an hour early. He explained everything we needed to know about the studio and the Sebring area in general. Thank you Gus for an excellent stay and for the dinner recommendations!

Spacious and clean house with a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood. Many dishes, cookware and a Keurig coffee maker included. SuperWalmart and gas station nearby. Owner is polite, professional and responsive.
