Clearwater Beach townhouse rentals

we were very satisfied with Joe, the owner of the property. He is a very nice, friendly person and we enjoyed meeting and spending some time visiting with him. The home was very clean and we had a nice stay.

The cottage was exactly as listed, great location, super close to the beach, and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to stay again!

A beautiful home and an exquisite location. My wife and I were there for a month to visit with our son and his family who live in Clearwater. It was a wonderful stay. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the property (so did we) and we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and riding the bikes that were provided. I rode the bike to the beach almost every day. Clearwater Beach is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. Bob was a very responsive and personable host and it was easy to communicate with him. I enjoyed my few interactions with him. I highly recommend this house.

Except weather. House as advertised, and there is a third bathroom even though it's not in the pictures.We had 2 weeks of great weather and 2 weeks not great, but the house afforded everyone a place to relax and a TV to watch.

Had an amazing time! House was perfect! Close the downtown , quick walk to beach which was quiet and away from the crazy busyness of Clearwater beach. Had an amazing buggy to carry all of our stuff to the beach. The owners were great and communicated with me whenever I needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Great access to the Gulf and wonderful backyard for playing cards and relaxing.

Nice condo, but parking is an issue.
